Support and maintenance

In order to provide a comprehensive service, training and maintenance courses can be organised c/o ELVI or at the facilities of the end-user. Said courses enable customer personnel to manage the system efficiently but also form the basis for a continuous flow of information during the post-commissioning phase.
Customers can also rely upon remote technical support (tele-service assistance) via high-technology, secure internet connections.
